Kmart puts out the Protege shoe every year. With this model, they also wanted to up their pledge to help the youth. Kmart helped contribute to youth athletics in many ways with this shoe, including a dedicated fun raising facebook page and proceeds from the shoe going to known organizations like the Boys and Girls Clubs of America.
Not only did Kmart make a very affordable and good looking basketball shoe, but buying it helps a great cause.
